Every week on Wednesday, I update all of you lovely readers on the good, the bad, and the ugly that’s happening here in Grenada, the Caribbean island that I am lucky enough to call home. And, you get to join in on the fun!
This is {Wherever} Wednesday is a par-tay where you link up a story about your hometown whether it made you laugh, cry, or roll your eyes.
At the end of each of my posts, I put “T.I.G.” which stands for “This is Grenada,” a little thing we say around here when things get crazy. So, feel free to join in on the fun. All I ask is for a link back to my site after you follow all the steps by clicking the blue “add your link” button at the bottom of this post.
Here are my favorites from last week:
Carrie posted about living in Guatemala: “We went to drop off our garbage, and it never ceases to amaze completely gross me out to see people buying their lettuce and carrots right across the street from the huge mound of fly-infested garbage.” T.I.Guatemala.
Whit posted about what bugs like to eat in St. Maarten, which is pretty much everything! T.I.S.M.
As for ours this week:
This is what it looks like to welcome a guest into a 270 sq. ft. home (Amber, are you sure you want to come? :)) T.I.G.
This is what it looks like when your husband is super cute in a bow tie. T.I.EverywhereWeGo.
And this is the stunning beach near our house during a pretty sunset. T.I.G.
Looks like you were all very cozy! 🙂
I don’t have enough to build a post around it, but here’s my “This is small town Nova Scotia” contribution: I wanted to mail a package overnight for my nieces. The postal service worker looked at me like I was insane and told me that I couldn’t send anything overnight. Same thing happened at the Fedex office. My niece got her birthday present a day late.
“This is what it looks like when your husband is super cute in a bow tie. T.I.EverywhereWeGo.”
LOL! 🙂
Didn’t get a This is Texas up this week. Getting busy with the holidays approaching.
I really think being able to go to that beach whenever you want would make up for just about everything else!
That sunset is beautiful!
